I certainly didn't want to get out of bed early this morning. I woke up around 0500, but shut the alarm off and came to a little after 0600. I sent Meagan a text to see if the kids were in bed, she said no, so I got around as fast as I could to go chat with them. Taylor sent me two messages,: "Night daddy" and "I love you," before he went to bed. Meagan and I chatted for a bit before we called it a night.
Went back to my room and napped for a bit before work. Had to go in a little earlier today, and I have been pretty worn out lately.
Got into work and went to lunch with one of the guys. It wasn't too bad. We had spare ribs, tortellini, and some vegetables.
Work was pretty uneventful today. I worked on inventory and checking a system to ensure we have a good spare to send out, should we need it. That pretty much took up most of my day. I had a little time to work on my accomplishments.
Went to dinner and had peppered steak over rice. I thought it was very good! Again, I haven't had a horrible meal here yet. I think there was only one meal that was on the so-so side. Otherwise, I have no real complaints thus far. The choices help with that, I think!
I got an email that I had mail to pick up, so I stopped in after work and received a care package from Joy, Sheryl, and Grandma. A lot of useful stuff, a letter from Grandma, and some postcards from Joy and Sheryl's trip to San Francisco. Yes, I am jealous!
Headed over to the passenger terminal to study for my test tomorrow. Saw Meagan was on, so I said hello and exchanged a few messages...back to studying.
Ok, I'm done studying and I think I'm ready for my test. I'm headed off to bed, so night all! God bless!
